Health & Nutrition
Strengthening Women’s Well-Being
Building healthier futures through nutrition, awareness, and community-led care.

Our Challenge
In Beed and surrounding districts of Maharashtra, women from marginalized, Dalit, and NT/DNT communities face systemic barriers to health and well-being. Malnutrition, anemia, reproductive health issues, and lack of access to quality health services perpetuate cycles of vulnerability. Limited awareness around menstrual hygiene, prenatal/postnatal care, menopause, and mental health further restricts women’s ability to thrive.
Our Approach
We focus on holistic, women-centered health programs that combine nutrition, awareness, and preventive care to empower women to take charge of their well-being. Our model works at the intersection of health education, nutrition support, and sustainable practices like kitchen gardening—ensuring women not only access care but also gain tools for long-term wellness. Our work emphasizes:
- Access – Delivering health services and screenings directly to communities.
- Awareness – Equipping women with knowledge to make informed health choices.
- Agency – Empowering women to become advocates for their own health and that of their families.
